Sidomos te pacient\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb fizioterapi para operacionit periudha e rikuperimit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht m\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr.Pas operacionit ka nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb imobilizimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur indin e d\u00ebmtuar.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 translation-block\"><span class=\"s1\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, muskujt fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb humbasin fleksibilitetin e tyre dhe t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohen.  N\u00eb rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara, ndodhin kufizime n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje dhe kufizime t\u00eb ky\u00e7eve.  Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb marrin <strong>fizioterapi para operacionit<\/strong> p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb nj\u00eb proces m\u00eb t\u00eb rehatsh\u00ebm dhe pozitiv sesa ata q\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u00eb artikullin e botuar n\u00eb Chinese Journal, u zbulua se pacient\u00ebt me gam\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes dhe fleksibilitet p\u00ebrpara trajtimit kishin nj\u00eb gam\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjeje dhe koh\u00eb rikuperimi pas trajtimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 translation-block\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Fizioterapia post-kirurgjikale<\/strong> ka 3 synime kryesore;  P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar sh\u00ebrimin, rivendosjen e l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe rehabilitimin e pacient\u00ebve.  Me procesin e<strong>terapis\u00eb fizike<\/strong>pas operacionit, kufizimi i l\u00ebvizjes parandalohet n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e hershme.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 translation-block\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Pas operacionit<\/strong>, aplikimi i ftoht\u00eb dhe aplikimi i elektroterapis\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb uljen e dhimbjes.  Sigurimi i l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb indit t\u00eb mbres\u00eb (mbres\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u00ebvizshm\u00ebria e indit t\u00eb mbres\u00eb do t\u00eb sigurohet me aplikime t\u00eb tilla si masazhi dhe mobilizimi i indeve t\u00eb buta n\u00eb indin e mbres\u00eb.  N\u00ebse indi mbres\u00eb nuk nd\u00ebrhyhet, ai kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe shkakton kufizim t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 translation-block\">Tham\u00eb q\u00eb pas <span class=\"s1\"><strong>operacionit kirurgjik<\/strong>, muskujt fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohen dhe t\u00eb humbasin fleksibilitetin e tyre.  Q\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb, ushtrimet q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb zon\u00ebn kirurgjikale do t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb procesin e sh\u00ebrimit.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 translation-block\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u00eb jav\u00ebt e para, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi i kushtohet <strong>st\u00ebrvitjes<\/strong> q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb dhe rris\u00eb diapazonin e l\u00ebvizjes.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00ebr shkak se n\u00eb jav\u00ebt e para, muskujt tan\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebn, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, muskujt priren t\u00eb humbasin fleksibilitetin e tyre, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb sigurohet diapazoni i l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb ngarkohen gradualisht muskujt. .
